The Process of Making Roasted Seaweed& Seasoned Seaweed In qingxin Foods:
Bamboo mat processes a process flow:
1.Lay a seaweed sheet on top of the bamboo,put rice on it and press evenly with hand。
2.Put your favourite vegetable ,shrimp,cuournber etc on rice .
3.Use your figer press on the vegetable white rolling the seaaweed sheet.
4.Hold bamboo mat in position and press the roll firmly.
5.Wrapping must be tightly press lightly onto both sides of the sushi,make sure roll is properly closed。
6.Use figer prssure to shape roll cut into 6 to 8 pieces.
